Nokia Recruitment Job Description:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Provide various levels of technical support for all system integration components & customizations involved in the network.
- Ensure that all the technical queries, trouble resolutions and emergencies are handled in line with the prescribed key performance indicators.
- Able to work across a multi-national matrix organization.
- Demonstrate a high degree of competence in the various components under support and provide end to end support to the regional counterparts.
- Possess very good understanding of support processes, tools (resolve, assist etc. ) & key performance indicators.
- Provide timely resolution & answers to all trouble resolution cases & technical queries as raised by the customer or internal teams on the components being supported.
- Able to demonstrate a strong sense of business ownership.
